Dave & Tan Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dave & Tan, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality and stylish children's clothing. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our return policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
    • A continuous video of unboxing (with closeup of the delivery slip) has to be filmed while opening the delivery and submitted along with the invoice and return request for the team to investigate the eligibility of the return in case of damages or any other issue.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wecare@daveandtan.com or whatsapp at +91-8595433076 within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • Clearly state the reason for your return and provide your order number.
    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  3. Shipping for Returns:

    • The Customer will be charged upto Rs. 100 for every return.
    • The products should be returned with tagging and packaging that came.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days in the form of store credits to the account that ordered the clothes.

     

  5. Exclusions:

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards.
    • Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
  6. No Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team(along with the unboxing video & the invoice as mentioned earlier) immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  9. Cancellation Process:

    • We only allow cancellation of orders until the orders are dispatched and if the customer asks us to cancel the order after the order has been disapatched, then they have to collect the order from the delivery person, then inform us and we will schedule the pickup for return of the product.
